Air Slider

The
air slider chute has no rotating parts when conveying material, easy to
maintain, good sealing, no noise, safe and reliable operation, low
power consumption, convenient to change the conveying direction, and can
achieve multi feeding and unloading.

Breath
layer is in the middle of chamber, upper part is the material chamber,
lower part is the air chamber. When the gas with a certain pressure is
blown into the air chamber, the material is fluidized through the
permeable layer, so the material flows inside the chamber like a fluid
under the action of gravity. Fan is used as the pressure wind source.
The excess air inside the material chamber is drawn away by the dust
collector through the exhaust port of the air slider chute.
